1984
Province-wide Letter Writing Campaign to Rene Levesque

Before the Internet was publicly available, Sylvain convinced tens of thousands of Quebecers in three days only to mail individual letters to premier Rene Levesque on November 15th, 1984. This date coincided with premier Levesque's aniversary as premier). The letters requested the premier to take immediate actions to help increase the employment rate in the province.  The message off this grass roots referendum was simple, “Help us help ourselves find or create employment suitable to our education.” The effort was successful and within a week premier Levesque promised to make job creation programs the top priority of the provincial government and accepted to play down discussions and actions towards Quebec's independence till the employment rate increased to a socially-acceptable level. 2009
International Peace and Prosperity Event at Canadian Montessori Academy

Believing that peace and prosperity are interdependent, Sylvain organized a ritualistic event with the children of the Canadian Montessori Academy to show how we can sow the seeds of peace and tie this with fair economic development. The main speaker of the event was Dr. Arun Gandhi, grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, the greatest man of peace in human history. Other speakers included the ambassadors of several countries. William Comanda, an officer of the Order of Canada and great native spiritual leader, lead the unique Peace Ritual. (Photos of the event are available)

Presentation to Gatineau Mayor and 17 City Councilors to Prevent Fluoridation of Public Drinking Water.

Sylvain and his 10 year old son, made a presentation to the mayor and his councilors to explain why it would be a serious mistake to start investing in the fluoridation of public drinking water. The effort was successful, thanks to a sound strategy and to many other collaborators, the result was that the fluoridation issue was voted out 17 to 2. (A short video of Sylvain's presentation the the mayor is available). In this action, Sylvain discovered the power of micro-volunteerism and micro-activism.

“911 Satyagraha” at Carleton University: Guest Speakers Dr. Paul Connet and Dr. Paul Zarembka

Inspired by the victory to help stop fluoridation in Gatineau, Sylvain invited Dr. Paul Connet (North American Anti-fluoridation authority) to speak against fluoridation to an audience at Carleton university's largest Hall (Kailash Mital Hall). Also speaking in this 5 hour Truth Conference were Mr. Kailash Mital (Donor of the Kailash Mital Hall) and Dr. Paul Zarembka (author of the Hidden History of 911) (Videos of the event are available). The guest speakers were all from the US and came to this conference on their own dime.


2010
National Email campaign to Canadian Provincial leaders: A Family Physician for Every Citizen

Sensitive to the fact that millions of Canadians have been without family physicians for decades, Sylvain organized a mailing campaign to provincial premiers and health ministers to ask them to take immediate action correct the situation. One positive result was that the premier of BC promised that all his citizens would have a family physician by 2014.

STAR Debate For Ottawa's Mayoral Candidates

Sylvain and his 12 year old son organized a “all candidates debate for the Mayorship of Ottawa”. The event attracted 10 mayoral candidates and was televised on CBC and CTV television network. The Acronym STAR stood for the main themes discussed at the two hour debate. (STAR= Services, Transparency, Accountability, Representation.). Sylvain is a strong believer in a fair political process.

National Email Campaign to to Get an Official Response Regarding Chemtrail Spraying
No response was ever obtained from prime minister even though countless emails were sent out but one slight response was noted: for almost one month between June and July no chemtrails were noticed. This effort is ongoing until we get an official response from Prime Minister Harper.

Two One Hour Radio Interviews on CHUO-FM (Ottawa) regarding Chemtrail Spraying In Canada

Sylvain was a guest at a one-hour radio show special on chemtrails in Canada. The radio station also asked him to co-produce a second special on the same subject since it became popular with the listening audience. The guests in the second hour included Lord Monckton (an anti global warming advocate), and Michael J. Murphy (director and producer of the Movie: What in the World are they Spraying?”

2011
The first achievement Sylvain is working towards in 2011 is to end secret geoengineering and chemtrail spraying worldwide by all governments. He will accomplish this through global micro-activism, social media promotion, a full-colour special edition newspaper on chemtrails and the co-production of a 2 hour documentary on the topic.

Sylvain created a safer and simpler form of social activism called the "Social Hologram".

Project Global Hologram

Everyone has noticed that the frequency of natural disasters and man-made disasters is rapidly increasing. Rarely a week goes by that we do not hear about epidemics, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, oil-leaks, radiation leaks, recessions, foreclosures, corruption, wars, drone attacks, missile launches. Some of us have had enough of mainstream news on man-made suffering but few know what to do to prevent or stop this suffering. Out of desperation many resolve to resort to revolt, creating yet another problem. No matter how cathartic revolutions may be, they usually bring only temporary benefit. This video is intended for all those who wish to achieve a worthwhile cause and make it last.

A new way to bring about the “change we need to see in our world” is the Hologram Approach for Social Progress. This approach creates change the moment like-minds meet at public places to discuss, honestly and openly, the “common vision” they desire. There is no law to prevent people from meeting and sharing their views with friends.

The like-minds must be at least eight in number and must share at least three common goals in a “whole group message” which we call the hologram. The word hologram comes from two Greek words that mean “whole message”. In modern usage a hologram is a 3D image whose individual elements contain the same whole image, the same whole message. If you look at a piece of a hologram it contains the same image of the whole. Nature itself has holograms. Every cell of a human body contains the DNA or “whole message” of the entire body. You could clone an entire human from an individual finger cell because it contains the entire body's hologram.

Popular goals for a social hologram include the following: 1) The struggle for clean air (ie air that is free from chemtrails) 2) The struggle for clean water (water that is free from fluorides) and 3) The struggle for clean food (ie food that is free from man-made pesticides and man-made genetic modifications). If eight or more people shared these points in common and committed to meet in front of a public landmark to discuss how the vision can be achieved they will make progress. Passersby would be attracted to the vision and the group grows and solutions surface. When the group grows to a critical size social change happens and this change will be long lasting providing the vision is based on truth. The hologram will produce solutions and solidarity towards the intended goals. Your hologram members may even produce their own hologram groups as well.

These meetings should be both fun and functional. People could use the meeting to do other things such as barter, sing, or shoot & share photos. The element of fun should be introduced, fun for all ages.

If you are adventuresome, create your own social hologram before May 1st and let me know if it is a fun and functional option to public protests. If you are setting up a hologram for your city let me know if you need more members. Please remember that there must be at least eight people in your social hologram. Dear (President or Prime Minister)

Almost 90 days have passed since I had sent my email to your office with specific questions about chemtrails. Since you are busy I would be happy if you would reply to the main questions:


1. Is your government aware of this "chemtrail" phenomenon?
2. Who are employed to execute these acts?
3. What is their purpose?
4. What is their composition?
5. Are they hazardous to humans or the environment?
6. Are citizens funding this through taxation?

If this chemtrail phenomon is not true, or if it is classified information, please just say so. This is not a matter of debate, it is a matter of simple honesty. We just want to know the truth from you since this is a national matter. Either chemtrails are a fact in our nation or they are not. Tell us plainly, please. Otherwise we will interpret your silence as a "yes" and we will keep on asking until we get the response we are entitled to as citizens of a democratic nation.

While we wait for your official response, we are also now seeking other means to discover the truth objectively. We have contacted one university lab that is willing to analize rainwater samples collected under dense chemtrail conditions. Samples are being collected across the nation. We wil also contact small private labs to compare results. Perhaps we will get our answer from science first. If science reveals nothing then we will stop asking you and we will apologize for using up your time with our trivial questions.

Many of the citizens of your nation, myself included, are gravely concerned about what are commonly called "chemtrails". Chemtrails, as we are sure you are aware, are dense, chemical filled trails left for miles behind unidentifiable high flying aircraft, which do not disperse as normal "contrails" and unlike the contrail are not vaporous and transparent, but in contrast, are increasingly dense and voluminous. We are concerned that chemicals are being sprayed into our atmosphere either for "Stratospheric Geo-Engineering" or for some other purpose without our informed consent.

Citizens across the nations are becoming increasingly aware about this phenomenon and request that, persuant to our bill of Rights, you answer the following questions on or before September 11th, 2010.

1. Is your government aware of this "chemtrail" phenomenon?
2. Who are employed to execute these acts and from which airports are they operating from?
3. What is their purpose?
4. What is their composition?
5. Do you consider it to be legal to spray toxins over the population in your care, if you do not consider this to be legal, why are you not stopping it?
6. Are your citizens funding this through taxation?

We require that you respond to this inquiry with satisfactory answers to these questions, prior to September 11th 2010, so that your response will be considered by members of our groups who will be meeting at the beginning of September 2010 (meeting at live and online events) to join with other groups internationally with the same concerns.

At this point we are merely taking and sharing photos and videos of chemtrails in different cities and are encouraging friends and contacts (from business and academia) to collect rainwater samples.

We believe you will help us see nothing but blue skies from now on.
